Making a difference together - Rebecca M

A warm coat is something many of us take for granted, but for millions of children and adults experiencing homelessness or hardship, it's something they often go without. The absence of something so basic can affect not only physical health, but also dignity, confidence, and emotional well-being. Through a partnership with Operation Warm®, a national nonprofit dedicated to helping children thrive, Napleton Subaru made a powerful difference in our community. On January 14, 2026, Napleton Subaru generously donated 132 new winter coats to Youth Services Network in Rockford, Illinois. These coats do far more than provide warmth and protection from the elements, they offer comfort, security, and the reassurance that someone cares. At Youth Services Network, we are grateful for this meaningful gift and the compassion behind it. Because of this generosity, many in our community will face winter feeling warmer, safer, and supported.

One tree recipient said that she is proud to plant a tree give to her by Subaru, she mentioned that she wants to see it grow and bring greenery to her neighborhood. It's truly amazing hope enthusiastic our community gets behind a initiative like this. The staff at Napleton Subaru also got behind the tree give away and made it a great event. 13200 ways to help our youth in need - F W

Napleton Subaru comes thru for YSN in a big way. $13,200 from the Share the Love campaign. This money will be used to fund projects that federal fund doesn't cover or covered programs don't quite stretch the budget to get it done. YSN has many needs that help a wide variety of common issues from early childhood to teens on the wrong side of the law. Napleton Subaru and YSN have a great partnership that has provided winter coats, shoes and sock in the past. This cash donation really will be useful to fill real needs that can be addressed now, rather than waiting for funding. Children our our future, these wonderful people at YSN make the impossible, possible and give hope where there is no guidance or mentorship. We can all learn to be better citizens and understand that helping people is important and does make a difference. Subaru/Napleton & YSN working together is a small win, but it's an example of what we should be modeling our behavior and setting an example to future generations.

Subaru and Remedies Partnership - Jennifer B

Remedies Renewing Lives is a nonprofit in the Rockford region offering domestic violence and human trafficking services as well as addiction treatment. We are the area's only 24/7 emergency domestic violence shelter and 24/7 hotline. Needless to stay, we cannot not do all this without partnerships in our community. These partnerships are best when rooted in the community and a common vision is shared. As a grassroot, local organization, we could not ask for a better partner than Napleton Subaru. Our first collaboration began a few years back and still remains. The Annual Toy Drive isn't just what it sounds like. Todd, Justine and the Napleton's crew go above and beyond for the event. Santa is there taking pictures, breakfast is served, crafts are provided and more. Not only is it a drive to help children we serve, but it is also a community event. Most of these children the toys go to have very little to nothing during the Holiday season, while facing challenging circumstances. The joy and excitement the toys bring them is truly magical. Our second partnership was the collaboration of the Subaru Share the Love® Event as a Hometown Charity. We were truly honored to be chosen for this campaign. From the start, Todd and Justine were helpful, motivated and supportive. I had the pleasure of even coming into Napleton Subaru to speak with the staff regarding the services we offer and set up a table with our literature. I'm happy to say thanks to the generosity of Napleton Subaru and their customer, $15,400 was raised to help keep our critical services available to the community. The partnership between Remedies and Napleton Subaru is proof when we work together, we can build a community.

Love winning for our Customers and Community - Lou S

Napleton Subaru does it again. 2nd year in a row achieving all goals to win the Love Promise Customer and Community Award. This is a great honor and requires all departments to exceed expectations every day. Between going the extra mile both with customers and charity events makes this possible.

Shoes and Socks for the Kids - Todd T

YSN and Napleton Subaru came together again with Operation Warm. The YSN kids go to pick out a pair of shoes and socks, many of these great kids get used clothing or hand me downs. Getting brand new stuff is something very special. Simple things like this can change a young persons direction and set them up for success. More good things to come and building a partnership with a great charity is beautiful.

Napleton Subaru Celebrates a Record-Breaking Loves Pets MonthAt Napleton Subaru - Todd T

We're thrilled to announce that this year marks our best Loves Pets Month yet! Thanks to the generosity of one of our legacy clients, we received an incredible donation of cat food that practically filled the back of a Subaru Forester. This kind of support makes a significant difference in the lives of pets in our community. Our partnership with Winnebago Animal Services is vital to our mission, and its heartwarming to see the direct impact we can make together. October is a special time for us, as we engage with our customers and staff to support local animals in need. The love and dedication from our Subaru family truly set us apart from other brands. Were especially grateful for our collaboration with Amber Pinnon at Winnebago Animal Services. Her passion and commitment to animal welfare inspire us all, and we look forward to many more years of working together as a winning team. Thank you to everyone who has contributed to this wonderful cause. Together, were changing livesone paw at a time!

Guilford High School gets 6 classrooms adopted by Subaru - Todd T

Six teachers at Guilford High School have been awarded $500 each, plus a box of supplies before the school year. This is all thanks to the Subaru Loves Learning initiative, sponsored by Napleton Subaru. "They can get a broad number of different things, maybe it's something as simple as pencils or notebooks or maybe it's something educational," said Todd Tifft, the Sales Manager at Napleton Subaru. This initiative highlights the ongoing effort to enrich classroom environments and support educators who often dig into their own pockets to fund classroom needs. Lisa Doll, an art teacher with Guilford High School, expressed her gratitude, saying, Its kind of very humbling. With a 33-year career in education, Doll has witnessed firsthand the financial strains on teachers. She plans to use her grant to purchase larger art canvases, which will allow her students to engage in more expansive and creative projects that weren't previously possible. According to the National Education Association, teachers typically spend between $500 and $750 of their own money annually to supplement classroom supplies. Social Studies teacher Tea Johnson from Guilford High School has experienced this challenge personally. "I spent a lot of money in the beginning of my career," said Johnson. "With the way funding works in education, we have to request the money the prior year, and I didn't know necessarily what I wanted to do at that point. So I think I spent around $400 out of pocket last year in order to fund some of those supplies so that students could do more of the interactive stuff." While teachers can claim up to a $250 tax credit for out-of-pocket expenses, this amount often falls short of covering the full costs required to create dynamic and engaging learning environments. The support from the community not only alleviates some of the financial burdens on teachers but also enhances the learning experience for students. Best of luck to all the students of RPS 205 as they embark on a new academic year!

Heart Shaped Pillow Blanket = Love - Todd T

OSF cancer center is a wonderful place, we were able to hand delivery many of the 80 heart shaped pillow blankets to hopeful people. It's amazing to get to see how something so basic means so much. What a moment, I'd Love to - be able to see such things daily.

Home visit, full service homelink programing - Todd T

Donna had one request and we made a promise to follow thru. The request was to program her homelink mirror. Matt her salesperson and Todd the Sales Manager made a trip to Donna's house to make sure that both doors got programmed to her brand New 2025 Forester. We made a promise and did the right thing. Donna was very grateful and excited that the buttons on her mirror operated both doors on her garage. It actually took tow trips out and one person in the car and one up the ladder. Every client has one or more things that are non-negotiables and the homelink being programmed was that for Donna. As Subaru employees these moments are what it's all about. Seeing the joy and love that Donna had once we completed our promise was obvious.

Hole in $$$,$$$ - Todd T

Local Charity get big boost - Kelli R

For the 3rd time Napleton Subaru choose us to be their local charity for the Share the Love annual event. This year was special, because we were able to grant 2 wishes to two very deserving you people. One was for a gaming laptop and the other is for a family trip to key west. The ongoing partnership is something to behold. It's rare when any business can focus on something other than selling their wares. We Love Napleton Subaru and look forward to future opportunities to partner again "Love one - Cancer Zero"

Who let the Dogs out? - Amber P

October is Subarus Love Pets month and our Tradition is to partner with Winnebago Animal Services. This year we met Bruno the 3 legged Dog and hope that with the two day event this Underdog finds his Forever home. As always Amber Pinnon is heading up the event and expects to find homes for more than 50% of the Dogs at the shelter. They are also in the middle of a major expansion construction project to offer a better environment and help more animals have a 2nd chance. Napleton Subaru also collected a fully loaded Subaru Solterra EV with dog food that their awesome customers and staff donated for a free dog toy. The goal is to support our local Animal Shelter, spread Love and make a difference. Last year there were 80+ Animals adopted over the two day event.

Make A Dog's Day Adoption Event - Amber P

We were able to work with our local Napleton Subaru to hold our Make A Dog's Day adoption event. During the last few days of October they donated supplies for us and adopters taking home their new pet. They also donated pizza to give to those who viewed our adoptable animals. With their sponsorship we lowered adoption fees as well. We were able to find some amazing homes for dogs who had been at the shelter for quite some time like Peppa. Peppa was shy when she first arrived but with time was able to gain confidence and find her adopter during this event. We are so appreciative of the support!

Napleton Subaru Helps Fund 3 Nik Wishes - Brian L

THANKS to Manager Todd Tifft and his amazing Napleton Subaru Sales Team for directing over 80% of their new car buyers to select Niks Wish as the buyers charity of choice during the 2021-22 Subaru Share the Love event. As the following pictures show, this resulted in the presentation of a $17,000 check from Napleton Subaru to Niks Wish at the Napleton Dealership on Monday, April 11, 2022. This generous donation will allow Niks Wish to fully fund two wishes and nearly a third for three young adults (18-24) fighting cancer. Currently a wish is averaging over $6,000 to fulfill. Niks Wish Founder, Kelli Ritschel Boehle said, Right now we have 48 wishes in the pipeline, and not all of them are funded. We need wish funding now, so this donation comes at crucial time for us to help these young adults and their families. A wish is a total blessing for these families! They need something of hope to hold dear and help them get through this tough, tough fight. This is the second year Niks Wish has been selected by Napleton Subaru to be the local charity for their Share the Love event. For this 2021-22 event, Napleton also chipped in an additional $50 for each new Subaru sold and $5 for each Subaru serviced during the campaign. Combined, this event and the 2018-19 one raised over $35,000, or nearly six wishes for Niks Wish. This charity is just caring to the Nth degree. It feels great to know that were going to help make three wishes happen! said Todd.Niks Wish, the Nikolas Ritschel Foundation is a small, all-volunteer 501(c)(3) charity based in Rockford, Illinois. The mission of Niks Wish is to BRING JOY throughout the nation to young adults (18-24), and their loved ones, fighting cancer. This is done by granting and then fulfilling wishes for these young adults who are too old for Make-A-Wish type programs. At age 17, Nikolas Ritschel was diagnosed with Synovial Sarcoma. Nik and his family went on a Make-A-Wish respite vacation. During his many grueling cancer treatments, Nik met Nate, who was also suffering from a Sarcoma cancer. Sadly, Nate was diagnosed after turning 18, which made him ineligible for a wish from Make-A-Wish. In March of 2012, just before he passed away, Niks last wish was for his friend Nate to get a wish. Shortly thereafter, Niks mom, Kelli formed the Foundation and Nate was the first one to receive a wish, which was a trip to visit relatives in California.Since its founding, Niks Wish has fulfilled over 240 wishes in 38 States. Some wishes are to take a much-needed break from the rigorous cancer treatments to rejuvenate for the continued fight. Some wishes celebrate the end of treatment, and provide a way for the young adult to say thank you to their family caregivers for their strong support. Still others are last wishes to spend what few moments remain with loved ones. During a very dark time in the lives of these courageous young adults and their families, a Nik Wish brings HOPE and creates precious, priceless, lasting moments of JOY. We are so fortunate to have the support of partners like Napleton Subaru to fund local charities, like ours, who are working hard to change lives for the better and make a positive difference, said Kelli. For cancer patients ages 18-24, this is a time in their lives when they want to meet others and form close relationships. Its a time when they want to focus on school, careers and starting families. Instead, their time is spent in treatment at childrens hospitals. This donation will help us fund nearly three wishes for young adult cancer patients. We cant thank Subaru of America, Todd & his wonderful Sales Team at Napleton Subaru, and our community enough for their support and generosity!

Helping the homeless pets of Winn Co. Animal Serv - Amber P

Napleton Subaru donated $100 for every dog adopted in the month of October 2021! They also sponsored an adoption event and gathered donations for us! The donated supplies and pizza they brought us helped spread the word about our adoption event. This helped us find a lot of great pets homes who had been waiting in the shelter for quite some time. In addition to that, the fees being sponsored and the donation by Napleton Subaru was a great help in our goal to provide resources to homeless pets in need. Huge thanks to Napleton Subaru for their help with the pets of Winnebago County.
